Who we are

MiPRCasa (miprcasa.com) is a directory of housing opportunities in Puerto Rico: HUD homes, foreclosures held by banks and credit unions, and auctions. We aggregate publicly published information; every property links back to its original listing.

What we collect

• Email alerts: if you create an alert we store your email address and your preferences (town and budget) so we can tell you about new properties.
• Enquiry and contact forms: if you write to us or express interest in a property, we store the name, phone, email and message you choose to give us, so we can reply.
• Favorites: stored only in your browser (local storage). They never reach our servers.
• Usage data: we may use aggregate, anonymous analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to know how many people visit. We do not use it to identify you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your contact details with third parties without your permission. We do not use your information for anything other than replying to you and sending the alerts you asked for.

Advertising

The site may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners can use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this or other sites. You can manage this in your Google Ad Settings.

Deleting your data

Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately. For anything else, write to us from the contact page and we will delete your details.

Property data

Listings come from public sources and belong to them. If you own a listing and want it removed from MiPRCasa, contact us and we will take it down.
