What MiPRCasa is

MiPRCasa is an informational directory that gathers, in one place, housing opportunities published by official sources and financial institutions in Puerto Rico: HUD, banks, credit unions, federal agencies and auction portals. Every listing links back to its original source.

What MiPRCasa is not

• We are not real estate brokers and we take no part in any sale. Transactions happen directly with the source, its authorized agents, or the professionals you choose.
• We do not give legal, financial or investment advice. The guides on this site are general educational information.
• We are not the source of the data. Prices, conditions, photos and availability belong to whoever published the listing and can change without notice.

Accuracy of the information

We refresh the inventory several times a day and mark listings that disappear from their source, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is available or correctly priced at the moment you read it. Always confirm the details on the original listing before making a decision.

Photos and intellectual property

Property photos are displayed from each source's own servers, with credit and a link. We do not store or redistribute them. Where a source's policy does not allow it, we show a placeholder image instead and say so on the page. If you own a listing and want it removed, contact us.

Acceptable use

You may use MiPRCasa to look for property for yourself or your clients. Automated mass copying of the site's content is not permitted — the same rule we follow with our own sources.
